Roca Delta Consulting is a talent advisory and business transformation firm headquartered in Lagos. We serve organisations across Africa and the wider EMEA region through executive search, leadership development, HR solutions and business technology, and we bring the same commitment to every client: to understand the business in depth and to deliver work that moves it forward.
Why we exist
Across our markets, too many senior appointments still rest on narrow networks, limited research and assumptions about what a role truly requires. The consequences surface months later as missed targets, departing talent and the cost of starting again. Roca Delta was established to raise that standard. We bring rigorous research, structured assessment and candid counsel to every mandate, from a newly created management role to a chief executive appointment, and we remain invested in the outcome long after the appointment is made.

- Every client brief and candidate profile is handled in confidence. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request.
- Data protection
- We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Candidates can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete what we hold about them.
- Fair assessment
- We assess candidates on evidence of capability, and we challenge selection criteria that exclude strong candidates without good reason.
- Candidates
- We never charge candidates a fee.
